I’M A PRODUCER,
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
AND SCRIPT SUPERVISOR
I'VE BEEN DIVING INTO THE WORLD OF AUDIOVISUALS SINCE 2014
With a background in 3D art from Politecnico of Milan, I began my career as a 3D animator at a video production company. Over time, I transitioned into compositing and motion design.
I expanded my skills by taking courses in editing, comics, and storyboarding to enhance my storytelling abilities.
Subsequently, I worked as a compositor on a traditional animated series for Adriano Celentano, gradually assuming an organisational role as a producer of the post-production team closely followed by Claudia Mori.

At Corriere della Sera, I continued my role as a motion designer and producer, working side by side with Milena Gabanelli (journalist).
​
To enhance my organisational skills further, I enrolled in a full-time production course at Civica Scuola del Cinema Luchino Visconti.
​
Having refined my eye through years of editing, I find it easy to notice small details even during live-action shoots. I thoroughly enjoy working as a continuity supervisor in my spare time on indie productions or music videos.
Presently, I work as a production manager at Studio Bozzetto, specializing in animation for entertainment and advertising.

What is Dona's personality?
I'll willingly listen to a new release of Justin Bieber even if I am not so keen on his music, because I believe in second chances. And I believe in growth and changes even if sometimes this leads me straight to possible disappointments.

I’m always in a good mood and never get tired or angry until tasks are achieved and pending problems solved.
I throw myself into work with enthusiasm, and I enjoy when the result is at top.

I am constantly studying every aspect in the communication field in order to develop my competencies at best.
The path I've chosen has a clear objective: to broaden my understanding of the communication process.
Immersing myself in every aspect, from concept to product launch, has taught me invaluable lessons that can't be gleaned solely from books. This hands-on experience enables me to foresee and mitigate potential issues early in development, maintaining control throughout.
Additionally, being fluent in the language of technical departments helps to alleviate tensions and prevent misunderstandings among colleagues.

I'm driven by a curiosity to understand how things function, and I'm committed to continuous learning and growth. Each new project presents an opportunity to acquire new skills, better comprehend client needs, and deliver top-quality products that exceed expectations.
